Oct. 1949 / Nagano Japan Radio Co., Ltd. established in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture.
Jan. 1950 / Entered into the communications equipment field in support of the Radio Agency, Japan National Railways and other governmental bodies as well as Japan Radio Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1951 / Launched production of transformers.
Aug. 1957 / Entered into power supply device field with the development of a transistor-based power supply device.
Sep. 1966 / Launched production of electronic equipment, such as telemeters, dam control systems and digital terminal station equipment.
Jun. 1977 / Entered into Office Automation field, beginning with production of facsimile machines.
Dec. 1986 / Entered into automotive parts field with the manufacture of anti-skid brake sensors.
Nov. 1987 / Established Naganichi Butsuryu Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to expand its packing and shipping capacity.
Nov. 1987 / Established another wholly-owned subsidiary, Naganichi Denko Co., Ltd., to expand its painting and electronic part service.
Dec. 1987 / Established Naganichi Device Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to expand its assembly wiring and transformer production.
Oct. 1988 / Established Reseach & Development Center to promote original technology and products.
Jun. 1989 / Established Iiyama Japan Radio Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to expand production of telecommunication equipment.
Oct. 1990 / Acquired ISO 9001 certification.
Jul. 1993 / Established Nagano Japan Radio Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to expand software design section.
Mar. 1995 / Established Nagano Japan Radio Co., (HK) Ltd., the first wholly-owned overseas subsidiary, for local procurement/production and product sales.
Apr. 1997 / Established NJRC (Lianyungang) Electronics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary in China, to strengthen overseas production and of anti-skid brake sensors.
Oct. 1997 / Company goes on public, shares trading on over-the-counter bourse.
Dec. 1997 / Acquired ISO 14001 certification, the standard for international environmental management systems.
Jan. 1998 / Established, with 52% equity investment, Beijing Xinsu Electronic Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. in China for prodution and sales of electronic postal systems and related equipment.
Oct. 1998 / Established Nagano Communications Sales Co., Ltd., a wholly -owned subsidiary, to engage in sales of telecommunications equipment.
Feb. 2000 / Listed in the 2nd section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Apr. 2000 / Established Nagano Business Service Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to outsource indirect jobs.
Jul. 2003 / Naganichi Systems Co., Ltd. merged Iiyama Japan Radio Co., Ltd., Naganichi Device Co., Ltd. and Nagano Business Service Co., Ltd., and changed the company name to Nagano Japan Radio Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
/ Naganichi Butsuryu Co., Ltd. acquired partial business of Naganichi Systems Co., Ltd. and Nagano Business Service Co., Ltd., and changed the company name to Nagano Japan Radio Services Co., Ltd.
Jan. 2004 / Transferred automotive ABS sensor business.
Jun. 2004 / Started to produce the production machineries in OA Equipment field.
Apr. 2007 / Changed the business segment to "Information & Communication Equipment" and "Mechatronics Equipment" from former equipment segment and "Power & Energy Device" from former device segment.
Oct. 2007 / Liquidate Beijing Xinsu Electronic Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2010 / Incorporated in Nisshinbo Holdings Inc. as its consolidated subsidiary.
